Adam is a Registered Psychologist (Clinical Registrar) who has a relaxed, good humoured and collaborative therapeutic style. Adam completed his Masters of Clinical Psychology at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and has experience providing individual therapy to adolescents (aged 16+), young adults and older adults. 

Adam enjoys working with individuals who are seeking support with anxiety, improving unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaving, relationship and family issues, work and study stress, and navigating major life transitions. Adam also has a special interest in sexuality related mental health and identity exploration. 

To assist in meeting his clients unique needs and specific therapeutic goals, Adam draws upon the following evidence-based modalities: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Schema Therapy.
