Chelsea is a warm and empathic Clinical Psychology Registrar. She completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at The University of Sydney and a Master of Clinical Psychology at Western Sydney University.
As therapy can be a vulnerable but rewarding experience, Chelsea brings compassion, curiosity, and humour where appropriate to create a safe space to explore your experiences. Chelsea has experience working in private practice, inpatient settings, and crisis support. She enjoys working with adolescents, adults, and families.
Chelsea is trained in providing therapy for a range of presentations including anxiety, depression, stress, psychosis, eating disorders , and trauma. Chelsea has received specific training in helping adolescents and adults with eating disorders. She is trained in family based therapy (FBT) and CBT for Eating Disorders (CBT-E). She helps clients experiencing Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder and other concerns with eating. She is also trained in providing cognitive assessments.
To assist clients in meeting their unique therapeutic goals, Chelsea draws upon the following evidence-based treatment modalities: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Problem-Solving Therapy, and Family-Based Therapy for eating disorders in her practice.
Monday: 10am - 6pm
Thursday: 10am-6pm
Friday: 9am-5pm
