Individual Therapy

Therapy consultations are available for a range of mental health concerns.

You can access sessions either with a referral and Mental Health Care Plan from your GP or psychiatrist, or you can attend sessions privately without a referral.

You can be eligible for up to 20 sessions per calendar year with the Medicare rebate under a Mental Health Care Plan. Medicare rebates are available.

We have appointments available Monday through Friday. Appointments are 50 minutes.
